An isolated area approximately 1 km from shore where the rocks just break the surface of the water. Consequently, an area of many shipwrecks in ancient times which is now littered with pieces of amphorae. In some areas, these pieces are cemented together in the shape of a ship’s hold. Stone anchors can be recognised by the holes made in the rock for wooden grapples to be pushed through. Depths 4m -12 m.
We meet at our comfortable and well equipped diving centre where our friendly and helpful PADI professionals will begin with an interesting and informative dive briefing. Unless you have your own diving gear, all equipment is supplied by us. We spend a few minutes checking your sizes and will fit you with the suitable gear. All of our diving equipment is well maintained and serviced regularly to ensure your safety and comfort.
Once everyone is ready we will take a short walk to the Paphos harbour where we will board one of our Cydive boats. The journey from the harbour to The Shoals dive site takes around 20 minutes by boat.
Once you have completed your dive you will be served complimentary fresh fruit and refreshments on the boat before returning to our diving centre where our PADI professionals will de-brief you and help you to complete your log books.
We provide free transfers from/to your hotel from all hotels in the Paphos area.
