2 tank Wrecks of Laboe & White Star
Wreck of Laboe – Laboe was built in Rendburg shipyard Germany in 1940. It was a cruise vessel and was brought to Cyprus in 2006 by a private company to be used as diving liveaboard vessel. Its length is 21.5m and breadth 5m. In June 2014 it was sunk in the area of Moulia Paphos as part of the artificial reefs and marine parks project. The max depth on this dive is 26m with easy penetration in the engine room, saloon and bridge area. The wreck has already attracted various species of marine life.
Wreck White Star – It sank on 18th Feb 2007 during transportation to Limassol. Formerly known as Ivana Ivanova, part of a Russian commercial fishing fleet in the black sea. During her last voyage temporary repairs allowing her to float to Limassol came undone. Lying at 14m – 18m, 10 minutes out of Paphos Harbour. It is now a new home to grouper & bream. It is possible to enter the lounge and engine room.
We meet at our comfortable and well equipped diving centre where our friendly and helpful PADI professionals will begin with an interesting and informative dive briefing. Unless you have your own diving gear, all equipment is supplied by us. We spend a few minutes checking your sizes and will fit you with the suitable gear. All of our diving equipment is well maintained and serviced regularly to ensure your safety and comfort.
Once everyone is ready we will take a short walk to the Paphos harbour where we will board one of our Cydive boats. Once you have completed your dive you will be served complimentary fresh fruit and refreshments on the boat before returning to our diving centre where our PADI professionals will de-brief you and help you to complete your log books.
We provide free transfers from/to your hotel from all hotels in the Paphos area.
