This dive has something for every diver, whether you like wrecks, reefs or marine life. Regardless of where you enter the water, either from the shore or from the boat this dive starts next to the wreckage. Depths here are around 5m with parts of the wreck scattered on the seabed. If you like wrecks then you can swim around the EDRO III however on the port side the water is only 1-2m. The wreckage still has all the propellers attached but now has a large hole in the starboard side. Within the hole you can find small perfectly intact forklifts and cargo from the deck.
Sea caves is an amazing dives site in a beautiful location, this dive sites has all the caves you could ask for and more! This dive is one of the shallowest that we have, with depths between 3-12m. he anchor point or beginning of this dive starts at a rock reef around 3-8m. From there you will head straight out in the direction of the open sea towards the swim throughs. The most interesting features of this dive site is an incredible series of swim-throughs and gullies. One of the largest caverns is so big it actually hides the entrance to another cave inside it. Drop down through a hole in the floor to find the second hidden cave with a huge open exit.
This dive can be done either form the shore or from the boat. The walk down to the dive site is quite steep due to building work on the cliffs above.
We meet at our comfortable and well equipped diving centre where our friendly and helpful PADI professionals will begin with an interesting and informative dive briefing. I AM A QUALIFIED DIVER BUT HAVE NOT DIVED FOR OVER A YEAR. WILL I NEED TO DO A REFRESHER DIVE FIRST?
As a qualified diver, you know that in scuba diving, safety comes first! That’s why we recommend our guests complete the refresher program (€55) which is available every day. This program includes a proper dive in the sea, but with some preparation before the dive. Your dive guide will give you a thorough briefing to remind you of all the important information and you will practice necessary skills in the shallow water area. This will help you to brush up your skills in a shallow water to avoid any complications for future dives. After this you will enjoy a nice and easy dive at a location of archaeological interest.
If you have no diving qualification, but would like to try scuba diving you are welcome to join us on the Discover Scuba Diving program. This is available every day and the cost of the program is €65 per person. You can find more details about this program here: http://www.cydive.com/product/beginner-discover-scuba-diving/
