Laboe

Lady Laboe, built in Rendburg shipyard in Germany 1940. Originally built as a cruise vessel, she was brought to Cyprus in 2006 to be used as a diving liveaboard. In June 2014 she was sunk in the Moulia Paphos area as part of the artificial reefs and marine parks project.
At 21.5 meters in length and 5meters wide Laboe is a perfect deep dive with easy penetration through the engine room, saloon and bridge area.

White star

The White Star previously known as Ivana Ivanova was part of the Russian commercial fishing fleet in the Black Sea.
She sank on February 18th 2007 during her transportation to Limassol when her temporary repairs that were allowing her to float slowly became undone. Since 2007 the sea storms have taken their toll on this beautiful wreck demolishing the bow section and scattering it along the sea bed.

We meet at our comfortable and well equipped diving center where our friendly and helpful PADI professionals will begin with an interesting and informative dive briefing.

Unless you have your own diving gear, all equipment is supplied by us. We spend a few minutes checking your sizes and will fit you with the suitable gear. All of our diving equipment is well maintained and serviced regularly to ensure your safety and comfort.

Once everyone is ready we will make the 15 minute journey by boat to the site of the wreck. Once you have completed your dive you will be served complimentary fresh fruit and refreshments before returning to our diving centre where our PADI professionals will de-brief you and help you to complete your log books.

We provide free transfers from/to your hotel from all hotels in the Paphos area.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you would like to join the PADI worldwide family of divers there are two options you can start with. The Scuba Diver course and the Open Water course . We start courses twice a week, every Tuesday and every Friday, though sometimes depending on your available days we can be more flexible.

Even though you have dived before, local regulations require anyone with no diving qualifications to be treated as a novice. You can join us on the Discover Scuba Diving program, which is a great program for people with no diving qualifications and your previous experience in Scuba Diving will make the participation in this program for you easy and enjoyable!

We will make sure you know how to use the equipment and you are taught the safety aspect of scuba diving prior to going on a dive. All of this important information will be presented to you at the beginning of the Discover Scuba Diving program. Afterwards you will practice some safety skills in our in site swimming pool and then enjoy a fantastic sea dive in the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean! Please click this link for more information: https://www.cydive.com/product/beginner-discover-scuba-diving/

You can prebook a few days before the activity or just from the day before. You can book by phone, email or directly in the shop. This is so we know in advance how many participants are on each program, allowing us to provide you with enough staff to ensure the highest level of service!

We accept both credit cards (Visa or Mastercard) and cash payments. However, cash is preferable to us (if possible).

Yes, we offer free transfers from/to hotels in Paphos and Coral Bay area to save you the time and trouble of getting to our dive centre on your own. If you stay at a private accommodation (apartments, tourist complex or villas) we will search for the easiest and closest pick up point to you. This will usually be a large hotel or nearby restaurant.

Yes, we have special group rates. You are welcome to send us an email with what you would like to do and the approximate number of participants and we will get back to you with our dive prices.

All of our scheduled diving activities for qualified divers can be found here: https://www.cydive.com/events/

Our schedule contains the description of each dive site, timings and qualification requirements. All you need to do is click on the dive you would like to do and all of the relevant information will pop out in a new tab.

As a qualified diver, you know that in scuba diving, safety comes first! That’s why we recommend our guests complete the refresher program (€55) which is available every day. This program includes a proper dive in the sea, but with some preparation before the dive. Your dive guide will give you a thorough briefing to remind you of all the important information and you will practice necessary skills in the shallow water area. This will help you to brush up your skills in a shallow water to avoid any complications for future dives. After this you will enjoy a nice and easy dive at a location of archaeological interest.

If you have no diving qualification, but would like to try scuba diving you are welcome to join us on the Discover Scuba Diving program. This is available every day and the cost of the program is €65 per person. You can find more details about this program here: https://www.cydive.com/product/beginner-discover-scuba-diving/
