Two large pinnacles create a maze for divers to explore, with depths ranging from 3-16m this is a great dive site for all certification levels.

We will meet at our well-equipped diving centre in Paphos Harbour. Our friendly and helpful PADI professionals will help you with equipment and begin with an interesting and informative dive briefing. Unless you have your own diving gear, all equipment is supplied by us. We spend a few minutes checking your sizes and will fit you with the suitable gear. All of our diving equipment is well maintained and serviced regularly to ensure your safety and comfort.

Once everyone is ready we will take a short walk to the Paphos harbour where we will board Cydive II. The journey from the harbour to Airport Reef is 25 minutes by boat.

Begin this dive with a backwards roll or giant stride from our boat Cydive II. Descend into the beautiful blue waters right next to the first pinnacle. The twists and turns of the pinnacle create a maze like feeling for added adventure. The swim throughs at this dive site are fairly short but also wide which means if you have never tried swim throughs before there is plenty of space and light inside. After exiting the swim throughs you will have lots of time to explore the dive sites, whether that may be taking photos or looking for hermit crabs scuttling across the sand.

The deepest section of this dive is along a huge sandy patch at around 12-16m.

The sandy patch offers the chance to see Pearly Razorfish, Flounders and if we’re lucky Cuttlefish!

On this dive you will often find Moray eel, Ornate Wrasse and small Dusky Grouper.

For more information about the marine life we see in Cyprus, head over to our marine life page!

Complimentary fresh fruit and refreshments will be served on the boat before returning to the harbour. Back at the dive centre our PADI professionals will debrief you and help you to complete your logbooks.
