PADI Scuba Diver Upgrade eLearning
If you’re already a Scuba Diver and your ready to step up to upgrade to the next level, this is the perfect course for you! The PADI Scuba Diver Upgrade will give you all the additional skills that you need achieve your Open Water certification.
After completing your Scuba Diver upgrade you will be certified as a PADI Open Water Diver! This new certification will allow you to dive up to 18 meters world wide, and explore more dive sites!
During your course you will complete:
- Knowledge Development recap as well as 2 new chapters at home using the same eLearning you used for the Scuba Diver course.
- 2 pool sessions to learn basic scuba skills
- 2 Open Water Dives
The Scuba Diver upgrade allows you to build on the training that you already have as well as learning new skills. Throughout this course you will revisit the skills and theory that you learnt at the Scuba Diver level. During the 2 pool sessions you will learn how to deal with any problem you may have with your equipment and apply these new skills on the dives. As part of the 2 open water dives you will complete some of the skills you have just learnt under the watchful eye of your instructor. Once the skills are finished you will then get to explore the beautiful underwater world!
Once you have successfully completed all three sections of the course you will be issued your PADI Open Water certification.
This course includes equipment hire and certification fees. For the knowledge development sections of this course you will use the same manual or eLearning product that you used for your Scuba Diver course.

Information
Medical
Each participant is required to complete a medical questionnaire prior to starting any in-water activities. Unfortunately conditions such as epilepsy, pneumothorax, and lung conditions are not able to dive under any circumstances. For more information view the medical questionnaire or please contact us.
Diving and altitude
There must be a minimum of 24 hours between surfacing from a dive and ascending to altitude or flying.
Refund and Cancellation policy

The Centre reserves the right to change dive sites without notice, due to weather, safety, or suitability on the day.

Any missed dive once on board will not be refunded.

All divers must be medically fit to dive and if in doubt, have a yes on their medical form must obtain a GP approval.

All divers must have dived within 12 months to book a boat/shore dive or day trip. If they have not dived within 12 months a refresher will be needed prior to booking.

If a customer is late for the activity, then the activity will continue excluding them and no refund will be offered.
- Course and activity fees cannot be refunded if the program is not completed due to the decision of the participant.
